Our guests are free to arrive any time between 2 pm and 8 pm, and the room can be used up to 10 am on the day of departure.

Where an idyllic village atmosphere and old town traditions meet
The Haus Kofler is located on the edge of the village of Elvas, an idyllic hamlet near the episcopal city of Bressanone/Brixen, offering a beautiful garden with a play area and sunbathing lawn that are ideal for guests to relax individually. From here there are views of Plose – the local mountain – the Radlsee lake, the Schrotthorn and the Karspitz peaks, while from behind the house can be seen the Gitschberg range. A panorama that acts as a genuine inspiration to walkers!
Andreas Mair took over the establishment from his parents, who still happily support him in the daily tasks and looking after the guests. The family atmosphere makes it easy for holidaymakers to feel fully at their ease here.
Guests appreciate the friendly and open nature of their hosts, as well as the closeness to Bressanone/Brixen and the good public transport connections: an hourly bus service means you can leave your car parked at the Haus Kofler during your stay. Visitors are also welcome to help themselves to fresh vegetables from the garden.
