Our guests are free to arrive any time between 2 pm and 8 pm, and the room can be used up to 10 am on the day of departure.

The Sirena Carezza Apartments are located in the Lake Carezza/Karersee holiday area in South Tyrol’s Val d’Ega/Eggental valley, just a few minutes’ walk from the fairy-tale Lake Carezza/Karersee. The world-famous lake changes colour with the light of day, from turquoise to emerald to deep blue. All around are the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage: on one side, the imposing Mt Latemar, on the other, Mt Catinaccio/Rosengarten, which glows in the intense red light of the “Enrosadira” (Alpenglow) in the evening.
Set amidst this natural idyll, our four bright, modern holiday apartments can accommodate between two and six people and offer maximum holiday comfort with a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, and free Wi-Fi. A spacious garden with sunbathing lawn and playground extends out around the house. The sun terrace is the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast, and our bread roll delivery service brings fresh bread right to your door.
You can park your car in the free car park right next to the house, and you can easily store your bikes and skis in the lockable bike and ski room. Finally, you’ll experience the most relaxing moment of the day in the luxurious panoramic outdoor sauna with mountain views. On request and for an additional charge, you can also enjoy a massage by your host, Anita Pardeller.
You’ll find plenty to do right on our doorstep all year round: in summer, there are hiking trails and cycle routes around Mt Latemar and Mt Catinaccio/Rosengarten, as well as horse riding and golf with views of the Dolomites. In winter, the Carezza ski resort – part of the Dolomiti Superski network – is just a few minutes away, and there are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance.
