Arrival and departure

Our guests are free to arrive any time between 2 pm and 8 pm, and the room can be used up to 10 am on the day of departure.
On arrival, our guests are treated to a small, complementary seasonal refreshment, such as fruit or a soft drink, in the entrance area.
We are happy to store our guests’ luggage.
Depending on availability, we offer our guests the opportunity of keeping the room until later in the day (charges may apply).

Where holidaying means relaxation

The B&B Obermair is located in a sunny and quiet position in the village of Reischach near Bruneck. An indoor swimming pool complete with sauna area and the Kronplatz skiing area are both close by. The garden with its deckchairs and sunny seating area is ideal for relaxing and feeling good: there is also a children’s playground with a table tennis table. Barbecue facilities are also available, and guests can enjoy the beautiful views of the Kronplatz and the surrounding mountains from the house.

The B&B Obermair is run by Hannes and Barbara: Hannes’s parents are also still happy to help out with the family business, while the couple’s children, Lea and Ben, love to play with the smaller guests. Hannes makes a point of ensuring that all of his guests enjoy an unforgettable holiday, so he is happy to cater to their individual wishes. He also has plenty of good hiking tips ready!

Visitors especially appreciate the extensive breakfast buffet at the B&B Obermair with its focus on regional food and homemade products, all lovingly prepared each day by Hannes. Gluten- or lactose-free breakfasts are also possible on request. Another highlight at the B&B Obermair, one that perfectly rounds off a break spent in the mountains of South Tyrol, is the in-house sauna – the ideal place to relax after a day’s hiking or skiing in the great outdoors!
