Arrival and departure

Our guests are free to arrive any time between 2 pm and 8 pm, and the room can be used up to 10 am on the day of departure.
On arrival, our guests are treated to a small, complementary seasonal refreshment, such as fruit or a soft drink, in the entrance area.
We are happy to store our guests’ luggage.
Depending on availability, we offer our guests the opportunity of keeping the room until later in the day (charges may apply).

The Haus Alpenrose is located in the hamlet of Frassineto near Meltina, at the edge of a forest on the Tschöggelberg plateau between Bolzano and Merano. Guests can enjoy the large sunbathing lawn and an open-air pool! Relax and appreciate the beautiful views from the Mendel ridge to the peak of the Laugenspitze …

Waltburga Egger has been running her holiday apartments and rooms here for three years now. She took over the establishment from her parents, and her mother still prepares breakfast each day for the guests. Although she is not resident in the house, Walburga affectionately looks after her guests and it is her cherished aim that they should spend wonderful holidays at the Haus Alpenrose.

Guests particularly appreciate the extensive breakfast, cleanliness and the beautiful garden, as well as the proximity to shopping facilities and restaurants. Four-legged friends too are welcome to enjoy their holidays here in South Tyrol.
