Arrival and departure

Our guests are free to arrive any time between 2 pm and 8 pm, and the room can be used up to 10 am on the day of departure.
On arrival, our guests are treated to a small, complementary seasonal refreshment, such as fruit or a soft drink, in the entrance area.
We are happy to store our guests’ luggage.
Depending on availability, we offer our guests the opportunity of keeping the room until later in the day (charges may apply).

Where friendliness, nature and a national park all come together

Close to the Stilfserjoch national park, the Haus von Spinn is located in Coldrano, in the holiday paradise of Laces in the Martell Valley, and is the ideal starting point for walking and bicycle tours. Guests can appreciate the comfortable garden with its sunny and shady nooks under ancient apple trees, while children can enjoy themselves on the playground.

Landlady Ehrentraud has been running the Haus von Spinn for 39 years, helped since his retirement by husband Toni, who is happy to put on barbecue evenings for guests. Ehrentraud loves her work and is always there for her guests, tending her house and flowers with great enthusiasm. Toni is a source of excellent walking tips, while the comfortable and clean holiday apartments reflect the hosts’ concern for the environment.

Guests have free admission to the “Aquaforum” adventure pool in Laces, as well as receiving the VinschgauCard which provides free use of public transport throughout South Tyrol. Other benefits are the proximity to the cable car at San Martino in Monte and to the Tarscher Alm chairlift, as well as free Wi-Fi and a lockable storage area for bicycles.
