Arrival and departure

Our guests are free to arrive any time between 2 pm and 8 pm, and the room can be used up to 10 am on the day of departure.
On arrival, our guests are treated to a small, complementary seasonal refreshment, such as fruit or a soft drink, in the entrance area.
We are happy to store our guests’ luggage.
Depending on availability, we offer our guests the opportunity of keeping the room until later in the day (charges may apply).

Holiday bliss by the ton in St. Ulrich

The Haus Promenade is located in a sunny, quiet and very central position on the southside of St. Ulrich in the Gröden valley. The house bears its name for a reason: the well-known Trenker Promenade leads past the spacious garden in front of the house, and up to a nearby playground. The magical realm of the Dolomites can easily be reached from the Haus Promenade as the lifts to the starting points of skiing and hiking adventures lie only a short walk away. So does the town centre of St. Ulrich, which can be seen from the apartments – if one actually manages to look away from the magnificent Sella group, Langkofel and Seiser Alm!

Helene Hofer is the private host at the Haus Promenade. She takes care of the holiday apartments and the outdoor area of the house, which are always in immaculate conditions for her guests, and is happy to provide the best hiking and skiing tips!

Guests frequently praise the wonderful location and the lovingly cared for apartments. A partnership with Mar Dolomit furthermore provides free access to the pools and saunas for the guests of the Haus Promenade, while they can use public transportation free of charge with the Val Gardena Mobil Card. A parking space, ski room and coin-operated washing machine are also available – all holiday wishes come true at the Haus Promenade!
